Using the Oracle Tool
As a supplier your only requirement is that you have access to an internet connection and a standard browser, e.g. Microsoft IE6 or better, Mozilla Firefox 2 or better. And that you have been registered as a supplier and have at least one user account setup by a BT buyer, prior to being invited to a sourcing activity. This on-boarding process is to be handled by our Procurement Delivery Centre, who will be used a center of excellence by the BT buying community.
We have created a number of documents that you can use to acquaint yourselves with the process of registration and responding to any sourcing activities raised on the new platform.
