Regulatory Obligations
BT has a wide range of regulatory obligations and BT will require you as a supplier to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
BT has, for example, given legally-binding undertakings to the UK communications regulator, Ofcom, as described in Regulatory Compliance Annual Report. These undertakings restrict the way in which certain Commercial Information and Customer Confidential Information can be shared.
You and your employees may be required to participate in training to understand the implications of the regulatory obligations applying to BT and you. Appropriate terms will be included in the contract to cover this.
