Communication Products covers a wide range of products including, corded and cordless telephony, PC to Internet connection devices, videophones and textphones, answer machines and faxes and wirless connections.

Caller Display
Any add on caller display products.
Corded Telephony
Any corded one or two piece telephones and, but excluding wireless telephony
Cordless Telephony
Any telephony product that is cordless which offers the user mobility within the office or home. This can be either analogue or Digital/DECT, with simple or sophisticated feature packages.
Desktop
Any analogue or digital device used to connect personal computers to the Internet via analogue telephone, ISDN or broadband networks e.g. modems, terminal adaptors (internal card or external device).
Internet / DAB Radio
Any internet or DAB radio products.
Internet terminals, pads, phones
Any non-PC access device (broadband, ISDN, PSTN) which offers access either within the home or on the move to the internet or e-mail, e.g. phones, terminals, pads, tablets, PDAs, handsets and set top boxes.
Security
Any telephony based product that adds peace of mind by protecting the person, their home/office or their possessions. Product can be wired or wireless or combine these technologies.
Telephone Answering Machines
Any digital corded telephone answering devices.
Textphone
Any Textphone for the deaf, hard of hearing or speech impaired.
Videophone
Any videophone.
Wireless Data
Any device that allows a person to access their Internet from anywhere in their home or office via a wireless link from a PC or other device to analogue telephone, ISDN or broadband networks, and allows them to wirelessly network PCs and other devices together within their home or office, e.g. wireless modems, wireless LANs, wireless home gateways.
