HR Services covers the full employee life cycle and includes resourcing, learning, reward, safety, health, people reporting, exit and pension services with an annual spend of circa £70m.
Details
BT currently has an existing outsource agreement in place for the majority of its HR services requirements.
Procurement's role is to provide support to BT Group HR and the BT Lines of Business in the management of the outsourcing agreement, ensuring that BT meets its contractual obligations and that the supplier delivers to the agreed standards and costs.
