The role of the Corporate Procurement Partners Team is to provide guidance and advice on contractual terms, protection of intellectual property rights, deliverables, and the benefits of using BT agreements which have been negotiated by the team with Consultancy companies. The Procurement Team procure and manage the provision of a wide range of high quality externally sourced consultancy services which represents best value for money whilst ensuring that contractual deliverables and timescales are met. The main consultancy areas include Management Consultancy, Process Re-engineering, Organisational / Services, Scope and efficiency Studies, Benchmarking Studies, Organisational Change, Public Relations and Finance.
