Working With BT
What BT Buys - Travel Procurement

Introduction

BT has one of the largest corporate Travel Accounts in the UK (over £80m per annum). We have recently undertaken a major review of our travel policy and process, which included a competitive review of our current supply arrangements which has resulted in the award of new contracts to HSBC (for BT's Corporate Card requirements), American Express Europe Ltd (for managing BT's air reservations and VIP travel services), and Hotelscene (for managing BT's hotel programme).

Global implementation is currently underway for all services with full completion planned by October 2004 , this will include the on-line booking tools for Air and Hotels in the US and Europe.
